Safety
Ritual is educational sexual-wellness content—not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a regulated pelvic-floor therapy device. Continence care, post-surgery rehab, or physio-prescribed exercise plans belong with a clinician. Distress about finishing early is one clinical fork among others — see PE education if that is your search, then care, not a timer. Here, floor cues support a Soft practice of breath, inner sensation, and control for adults with a pelvic floor. End any session and rest if you notice warning signs.
Stop if you experience
- — Pelvic, genital, abdominal, or lower-back pain
- — Numbness or loss of sensation
- — Cramping or persistent muscle tightness
- — Difficulty beginning or completing urination
- — Burning during urination
- — Swelling or unusual discoloration
- — Erectile changes that continue after practice
- — A painful or unwanted erection lasting ~4 hours — seek emergency care
Prefer the drop as much as the squeeze. Day 6 is recovery on purpose.
