Breath · inner control · short returns
A calm, disciplined practice of breath, inner sensation, and control.
The work is inside—how the floor holds and drops, how you breathe, how arousal moves when you stay with it. Hands stay off. For adults with a pelvic floor: women, men, trans, and nonbinary people. Pick the map that matches the organs you have. Day 0 maps the floor, then ten guided Soft days: open, practice, close. Optional coach audio. A journal for sensations, not scores.
Squeeze, then drop
Two cues—front urine-stop, back gas-hold—each tiny, then fully released. The drop is half the skill. Not endless kegels.
Open · practice · close
Familiar bookends every session so arriving and leaving stay soft—even on long-wave days.
Short returns, not a grind
Up to three short sessions most days. One is enough. Return only while curiosity remains—adherence without homework.

Learn
Public education — squeeze then drop, two cues, how to arrive in the breath. Not a PE program. Maps by organs, not identity.
Pelvic floor & prostate
Orbit the prostate map. Front, back, and the drop — same two jobs.
Pelvic floor, uterus & vagina
Orbit the uterus-and-vagina map. Front, back, and the drop — same two jobs.
Breath anatomy
Quiet breath: the floor sinks a few millimetres. Push down sends it farther.
Pelvic floor drop (reverse kegel)
The other half of a kegel: soften and lengthen, then leave it.
Front and back pelvic cues
Urine-stop and gas-hold. Tiny. Then drop each one.
Belly breathing for a pelvic practice
Air low in the belly. About five or six seconds in and out. No goal, no strain.
Kegel timer apps vs Ritual
Adherence tools vs a finite Soft curriculum. Not a rehab device.
What a Soft 10-day practice is
Day 0 maps the floor. Days 1–10 are short returns. Hands stay off.
Finish later
Pacing from the inside. Not edging-as-content. Not a PE program.
