What moves when you breathe into the belly
Real BodyParts3D anatomy (CC BY). A quiet belly breath: the diaphragm drops a little, the belly yields, the floor can descend millimetres. Push down is a farther descent you choose. The quiet breath is the floor sinking on its own. Drag to orbit. Rest, hold an inhale, push down, or play a slow cycle.

Belly quiet. Shoulders heavy. This is the pause between breaths.

Diaphragm
Diaphragma
The dome under the lungs. On a quiet in-breath it drops a little and flattens.
Breath cue
Inhale: the dome descends about a centimetre — not a gasp, not a 10 cm dive.
