Pelvic floor, uterus & vagina
Visible Human Female organs (Human Reference Atlas) — use this map if you have a uterus and vagina. Spatial order is the teaching point: bladder, uterus, vagina, rectum. Motion is capped to millimetres. Drag to orbit; use Rest / Front / Back / Combined.
Pick the organs you have. Trans and nonbinary people: same rule — not the gender on a form. Atlases come from a male volunteer and a female cadaver; they are teaching pictures, not a diagnosis of who you are.
Written guides: front and back · the drop
Floor soft. Breathe. Notice the baseline.

Uterus
Uterus
Pear-shaped organ above the vagina. This map shows a common anteverted rest on the bladder.
Kegel cue
You do not squeeze the uterus. The hammock under it can lift a few millimetres.
Organ relation
Cervix opens into the vagina. Ovaries sit out to the sides.
