Ritual

About

What it is

Ritual is a calm ten-day practice for adults whose solo sex has gone automatic. Day 0 is a map of the pelvic floor. The next ten days are short sessions of breath, attention, and a small lift and drop. Hands stay off. One session is enough. A coach can speak the lines if you want them spoken. The journal is for what you felt, not a score.

How a session is held

Every session starts the same way. You sit or lie down, soften the jaw, and take three slow breaths before any cue. Then you follow that day's practice. Then you leave it: one sigh, and you can stop. You do not have to reach a peak for the session to count. If you feel done, stop early. Letting the floor drop counts as much as the squeeze.

Who holds it

The Ritual team. You do this practice alone. There is no therapist in the room, and the cues are not a treatment plan. Pain, leaks, or distress about finishing belong with a clinician. See Safety.

Who it is for

Ritual is for adults with a pelvic floor: women, men, trans, and nonbinary people. The point is the practice: to feel the breath and the floor, and to stay with what you notice.

When to stop is on Safety. The ten days are written out on the Soft 10-day practice.
