Ritual is a day-locked Soft practice in the browser. The work is inside: how arousal moves, how the floor holds and drops, how you breathe through it. A slow belly breath is enough to start. Hands stay off. Optional coach audio. A journal for sensations, not scores.
The arc
Day 0 is The Map — landmarks, front and back as two jobs, then release. Free with an account. Days 1–10 keep the same bookends: open, practice, close. Most days invite up to three short sessions. One is enough. Day 6 is recovery on purpose. You leave without a dramatic finish — finish later is the skill, not a trophy orgasm.
Times are estimates. End early if you feel done. Linger if something softens. Prefer the drop as much as the squeeze.
What the research is for (and is not)
Public pages point at papers so you can see we did not invent the anatomy. Specific verbal cues beat a generic kegel (Ben Ami et al., 2022). The floor already works with breath (Hodges et al., 2007). None of that means Ritual is clinically proven, doctor-designed, or a treatment for PE, ED, or leaks. If finishing feels early and it distresses you, read premature ejaculation (education) — then a clinician, not a timer.
If you need care for incontinence, start with NHS treatment advice or a pelvic physio. If a clinician is the right door for sexual difficulty, a 2025 narrative review of pelvic PT maps that lane. Ritual stays educational wellness.
What it is not
- Not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical care.
- Not a kegel-timer or medical PFME device.
- Not NoFap or abstinence-as-morality.
- Not a super-O, HFO, or guaranteed hands-free orgasm program.
- Not erotica, Domme catalogs, or porn homework.
Public pages stay educational. Intimate audio stays behind sign-in. That is both honesty and a Stripe-safe surface. More on timers versus this curriculum: kegel timer apps vs Ritual.
Who it is for
Adults who want to feel arousal from the inside when the old automatic loop has gone empty — pacing, pelvic literacy, presence. Women, men, trans, and nonbinary people: pick the map that matches the organs you have. Practitioners sometimes hand a structured solo practice to someone between sessions. Wrong fit: people hunting a fix, a trophy outcome, or a clinical protocol we do not run. Ritual is not a premature-ejaculation program.
How to start
Read Safety. Orbit the prostate map or the uterus-and-vagina map if you want the picture. Then Day 0. The Challenge Pass is only if you want Days 1–10 — see pricing.
